Fitzroy North

This project is a sustainable 2 storey extension to a Californian bungalow home. Sloping down to the Merri Creek, the site was subject to both a heritage & flood overlay. Green features include photovoltaics, solar hot water, rain water bladder, suspended concrete slab, recycled timbers throughout and loads of insulation. All finishes have low VOC emissions.
