With its parapeted facade, this brick Victorian cottage had great orientation and charm but was lacking any connection to the back yard. Our sustainable extension opened up the house to a lovely rear garden aspect with a new bathroom, kitchen, meals & living spaces. The new building features an ‘envirocrete’ polished concrete floor, double glazed windows, FSC spotted gum timber cladding & laser cut steel sliding screens for shading.
