Ascot Vale III

With beautiful bones, this double fronted home had been let down by poorly planned rear rooms cutting off access to the garden and northern aspect. With a only a minor increase in the floor area, we were able to really open up the back and connect to the yard and park beyond.  

The amazing team at Brave New Eco did all the wonderfully balanced interiors while Vale Living created an outdoor space for the family to connect in and grow into.

The end result is an all electric home with heat pump hydronic heating & hot water, induction cooktop, all powered by rooftop solar.
